Let me start with online order - I was estatic to find out that Seafood city do offer online orders. Still sceptical, went ahead and placed orders of our favorite longganisa. Since they are not offered here locally, i took this chance to order a lot. Let me tell you, the packaging was unbelievable! Shipped frozen, took 5 days to arrive but all the longannisa were very cold and some still with ice. They use hardcore styro box and perhaps dry ice. You can tell they put so much care in packaging your order. They longganisa of course is to die for. We ordered the sweet pork - it is a good balance of sweetness and spice. Because they are skinless, it is better to boil them first with a little water till it dries out then fry with oil. Makes them moist this way and tender.

Unfortunately I didn’t like it. I cooked and ate some and it didn’t taste right so I looked at the wrapper and said chicken instead of pork. Overall it’s a no for me. It got chewy and just didn’t taste right and barely sweet.
