SEAFOOD CITY RETURN POLICY TERMS AND CONDITIONS

PLEASE READ THIS CAREFULLY.  BY USING ANY OF THE SEAFOOD CITY ONLINE SHOPPING SERVICES, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ AND UNDERSTAND THE RETURN POLICY TERMS AND CONDITIONS AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THEM. If you do not wish to agree to the Return Policy Terms and Conditions, please do not use any of the SEAFOOD CITY ONLINE SHOPPING SERVICES.

We may add to or revise these RETURN POLICY TERMS AND CONDITIONS from time to time, so please check the Return Policy Terms and Conditions periodically for such additions or revisions.  Your use of the SEAFOOD CITY ONLINE SHOPPING SERVICES following the posting of any additions or revisions will serve as your acceptance of the additions or revisions.

Once you take delivery of the items, we only offer a return for defective items or wrong food/fresh products. All fresh products may appear different due to the season, weather, and growing region. Pictures on our website are only for reference purposes.  The appearance of the actual items’ purchased may differ from the images of the items on the website.

If you believe your product is defective due to a manufacturing defect, you have received a wrong item, or would like to just Return a product, please contact us at onlineshop@seafoodcity.com within 24 hours so we can resolve the issue. You will need to provide photographs to allow us to verify the defect or the incorrect item before we will issue a credit.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

While SEAFOOD CITY seeks to ensure that information on our website is accurate, actual product packaging and materials may contain more and different information from that displayed on our website. SEAFOOD CITY does not warrant that product descriptions or other content on or website is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. All information provided about the products on our website is for information purposes only. We recommend that you do not rely solely on the information presented on our website. Please always read labels, warnings and directions provided with the product before use. Product pages may contain information provided by third-party sellers and other content providers. Despite our best efforts to make sure that information is accurate, we do not guarantee it, and images, descriptions, specifications, or other attributes may be incomplete, out of date, unreliable or mis-categorized. Before you buy, use or consume a product, you should always review nutritional, ingredient and allergen information and any warnings or instructions. We do not guarantee the accuracy of nutritional labels or any other information on product packaging.  We accept no liability for inaccuracies or misstatements about products by marketplace sellers. If a product offered by SEAFOOD CITY itself is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition.


Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned: perishable goods such as food, flowers, or plants); custom products such as special orders or personalized items, and personal care goods such as beauty products. We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please contact us at onlineshop@seafoodcity.com if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and advise you if the refund was approved or not. If we approve your return, your refund will be automatically credited to your original payment method within ten (10) business days.  Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
