Shipment Processing Time

All orders are processed within 24 to 48 hours.  Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.  Frozen items are shipped only on Mondays and Tuesdays.

If you need an item sooner, please select EXPRESS SHIPPING. 

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days.  Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.  If there is a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.  Customers are responsible for shipping charges unless they qualify for a promotional rate.  Standard Shipping will be applied to all orders unless faster/expedited delivery is chosen.  Shipping will be charged to the customer if faster delivery/expedited delivery such as Express or Overnight shipping is chosen.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

Shipping is available to anywhere in the United States except Alaska and Hawaii.

Damages

Seafood City is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping.  If you receive your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
